Over the past two years, the support of the Veterans Benefits Banking Program (VBBP), in partnership with the Association of Military Banks of America (AMBA), has become one of the most important pillars of increased benefits for service members, veterans and their families — a modernized VA focused on “customer service,” minimal paperwork and less commuting for services. Charles Tapp the Second is the Chief Financial Officer at the Department of Veterans Affairs in the VA’s Office of Financial Management at the Veterans Benefits Administration and he’s here to talk to us more.
