Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) With Ronald S. Burke, Jr.

The PACT Act is a monumental piece of legislation signed into law by President Biden in August that confers perhaps the largest expansion of veterans benefits in history. The PACT Act expands health care and benefits for veterans exposed to burn pits and other toxic substances, adding more than 20 new presumptive conditions as well as presumptive exposure locations for Agent Orange and radiation. It expands and extends eligibility for VA health care for veterans with toxic exposures and veterans of the Vietnam, Gulf War, and post 9/11 era.
